We visit customers who have requested car purchases, appraise their vehicles (photos, condition checks), present purchase prices, and arrange pickup schedules. As an IT-backed company, we use technology to streamline operations. No cold calling or door-to-door sales — we operate on an inquiry-based model, allowing you to focus on each customer interaction. No individual quotas; we work toward team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer homes/locations (2-3 per day) - Vehicle condition checks and photography - Submit appraisal info to headquarters via smartphone - Present purchase prices to customers - Coordinate pickup dates and required documents - Vehicle retrieval and cleaning * Schedule coordination and pricing are handled by headquarters. Appraisal staff can focus on customer service.

Requirements
Required: - Standard or medium vehicle driver's license - Basic PC skills (simple Excel/Word operations) Preferred (not required): - Used car appraisal certifications - Experience in automotive sales or purchasing - Interest in IT/web marketing Other: - No education requirements - No prior experience needed
Working Hours & Holidays
9:00-18:00 (8 hours actual / 1 hour break) Overtime: approximately 1 hour/day Complete 2-day weekends 115+ annual holidays (2024 record) Long vacations (Golden Week, summer, year-end/New Year) Paid leave available (actively encouraged)

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary ¥250,000+ plus commission * Base salary includes ¥50,000 fixed overtime (30 hours). Excess paid separately. * Determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary. Raises: Once/year (based on performance) Bonuses: Available (based on company performance) Reference: ¥4.5M annual (1st year, no experience)
